We have a new car!

and sold the other one...reason being, I got pregnant....again. You might ask why I didn't ever really announce it, well is it really that big of a surprise, it had just become a regular thing that I really didn't see the need!

My great Uncle Eddie has been aroung a long long time. So when he wasn't doing so good I decided I needed to take a trip with my family so he could meet everyone. My dad drives to the truckstop in Wilcox every Friday to meet him for lunch, and make sure he is still doing ok. He lives alone and is getting to that point where he needed someone to help him out a little. He would never admit it though. My parents knew the day was coming soon when he would be moving in for the rest of his life. I jumped in the car with them one Friday and took the girls. Even though they wouldn't remember that, it was still important to me. So off we went to the good ole truck stop to meet up with him. You always can tell which car on the highway is him because it seems everyone is slamming on the brakes and honking. He couldn't see well anymore but was very with it still. He is such a neat man. He loved the girls. Not long after this trip he decided it was time to move in with my parents. He died the begining of April, one week short of his 93rd birthday! What a great guy he was, we love him very much. A few weeks before he died my whole family was able to go have lunch with him. It was pretty special. He loved it! Then he lived a week once he moved and was around the girls everyday at my parents and really had a fun time with them and all of the kids. It was nice getting to know a little more everyday for that week before he passed. He was a really neat guy and I am so happy that I knew him as well as I did.

I am a terrible blogger, if you have not been able to tell. I have made a goal, do a post once a week, for journal reasons. I do not keep a journal so this will have to do it. There are so many things that have happend. It is all out of order, just trying to think of everything so randomly.

We went and stayed at the Daley Cabin on Mount Graham, we love going up there and stayed for a few nights when Grace was two weeks old. It was a blast, after all of the snow they had the porch caved in so Tom had to work up there anyway, and brought the whole family. It is a good thing because I talked Tom into building a little gate for the porch so that we could keep Annie locked up on the porch, and not worry about the stairs. It looks awesome, and works really good too! He can be so handy!

While we were there we went on walks everyday, we would walk down to the Pursely cabin and swing on their rope swing! Annie absolutely loved it.

.... and it was great to get them to fall asleep for a nap.

The Pursley's swing is so cool, Central ward used to always go and do things at their cabin and the swing was my favorite part. It swings over a small canyon and is just really neat. Melanie, Bryan, and Olivia came up at night and played games with us after dinner, it was so much fun. Olivia got car sick on the way up the mountain and threw up everywhere, so Annie and Olivia had a bath for the night together and loved it! After we played games and pigged out all night they left. To keep busy while Tom was working on the porch, Annie and I cleaned the cabin, we washed windows, vacumed, dusted, scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom down. It was nice and clean when we left. It was a lot of fun also. Grace slept most of the time, she still hasn't woken up to the world much. Bear slept under the porch at night, I was afraid a real Bear would get to him, so we would lock him under the porch. He had a lot of fun exploring while we were there.

.... I do not know how to turn this, but it is our dog, he is much bigger now. Meet Bear!

Next on my list is our family reunions/ Grace's blessing day! Every year, well for the past couple years, we have went on a family reunion with my family, up to Alpine, and the Daley's started last year, the same time we were with my family so we just hopped from mine to their's after a few days. My family camps, not only camps, but camps in style! It is really nice, my dad turns the back of the horse trailer into a big shower, so we can have a hot shower everyday, he uses a big weed spraying tank (never been used for weeds) and puts a shower head on it, hooks it up to the car battery of his truck and wala you have hot water!

.. our dishwashing spot, unfortunately we still have to do them! My brother flips on his generator so we can still do our hair and have power for things like an ice cream maker for homemade ice cream! Erin and Melanie made a bathroom with a back wall so no one at camp could see you, and my dad has one of those toilet chairs from his medical supply, so you really feel like your sitting on the toilet! Except for burrying everything, and the cold draft when you sit....but it sure is nice not having to squat! We have 2 huge canvas wall tents, that we hook together in the middle. One for sleeping in and one for the kitchen. Then whoever has a tent of their own brings it for their family. We always sleep in the back part of the kitchen one, because we always have a newborn baby, and its warmer for the baby! There was a creek not to far from camp and we would crawdad fish, then a big hill behind us to hike. We play games go on hikes and just visit around the fire. It is my favorite time of the summer.

Our plans were to bless Grace at the Daley's cabin in Alpine. So once we hopped over thats just what we did. My family met us over there and we blessed her in the mountains, it was really nice. Then we ate bbq sandwiches. It was good!

Annie Rose is now 27 lbs and like 32inches tall. Her vocabulary is constantly getting bigger. She is saying what, when we call her name. Ouch, to everything right now, She said Annie a few times the other day. She says thank you now, its really sweet. And she says NO. Which isn't so sweet all the time.She is loving on her sister all the time and is always helping me out. She is the best little girl, i just love her. Grace is now 8lbs 9 oz. she is 21 inches long and is finally starting to chunk up a little. She is a good baby, she sleeps alot still and is pretty colicee when she is awake but is really sweet. Every once in a while she coo's and grins big while she is looking around. she likes when annie talks to her and gives her kisses. time is really flying by and i don't like it very much. she is already 7 weeks old on friday. and annie will be 16 months tomorro. i feel like i really missed out on the new born stage with grace.

This summer I bought Annie a little pool to play in the yard. Olivia comes over sometimes and swims too. They have too much fun swimming and it is alot of fun watching them.

Meet Grace Elaine Daley!

Grace came on Friday morning at 10:28. She weighed 7 lbs and 7 oz. She was 18 1/2 inches long, and as sweet as can be! She sleeps all day and most the night right now. She is very healthy and cute. We love her very much. Annie likes her too. She has gotten much better with her and is more ok with me holding her. She still has her jealous moments but she is still a baby too.

I am not very good at this blogging thing I have decided. I can never think of what to say. So starting with April 10th. Annie Rose turned 1 year old! I can't believe I have a 1 year old. She is getting so big. She is a mess but is so much fun. She likes to help mom do laundry and clean up around the house. She loves to try to feed herself now and loves her bath time. So I thought I would put a couple pictures of her when she was just new born and now. So much has changed.

Here Annie is just a couple weeks old. When she was born she weighed 6 lbs 15 oz. and was 19.5 inches long, at 3 1/2 weeks early. She was going to be a big baby... Now Miss Annie Rose is 23.10 lbs and 30 1/4 inches tall! She has grown up alot! She is going to look extra big when this new baby comes in June.

Annie also has two little teeth. She got them two months ago and so far is not in a hurry to get any others.

As of wednesday the 14th she is officially walking EVERYWHERE! It is so nice not to have to carry her with this big belly all the time. She follows me all around the house. She now has found out how to flush the toilet and she can almost open the front door by herself. She likes to kick her little green ball around and loves to snuggle her dollys. She gives them loves and puts them in the stroller to take them on a walk around the house. She can climb into the tub all by herself and also flop out of it. She is such a sweet heart and loves to cuddle anyone. She says hi to anyone and everything she comes in contact with. She is going to make such a big sister and are so excited to have a little new born again.

So far I am 30 weeks pregnant. As of Sunday I will be 31 weeks along. The past few weeks have been yuck. I have been super uncomfortable and can't sleep very well. I am starting to feel more sick. We had an ultrasound done on Wednesday because Dr Tran said I was measuring 3 weeks bigger than I am, so we went and had one done. And they said everything looked good. The baby is big but my due date is still June 29th. Which is good but at the same time bad. I really do not want to have a 10 lb baby. Annie was big as a preemie, I can't imagine if she went the whole 40 weeks. I am really nervous this time. But I am excited to have a little teeny one again.

And as for Mr. Thomas, he is almost done with this semester in school and is really getting tired of classes. He is really excited for this summer to get a little break. We are looking at schools to go to when he is done here at EAC. Right now we are looking pretty serious at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces and ASU. We would love to go the NMSU because we think it would be fun to go somewhere we don't know anyone and would love to see somewhere different. They offer alot and I think we would really like it. We won't know for a while though. Well hopefully I post something again soon. I am not making any promises though.

Well lots of big news today. Annie Rose is ten months old today! She cut her first tooth this morning. And... She is going to have a little sister!!!

Well it sure has been a while. Annie is now 9 months old. She is 22 1/2 lbs and is really tall. She is sitting in a big girl car seat. She is crawling and getting into everything! She smiles all the time and is so much fun. She loves to help me with the dishes, taking all of the silverware out of the dishwasher, right after I put it in. She like to torment our kitty. She squeals all the time. Annie has become so much fun over the past couple of months! She is also going to be a BIG SISTER, as of June 29th.

Annie Rose is now 11 lbs and 22 inches! I went through her clothes today and had to put away most of her newborn and preemie things.... so sad! She is getting so big...

OUR NEW APARTMENT!!!

YAY! We finally got all moved into our new apartment! No more one bedroom for Annie and us! It was a little crowded with the crib in that little room. I love our new apartment but I really miss the old one... it was so cozy, and it was our first place, and we took Annie Rose home for the first time. Maybe because everything was right there, and we have a ton of memories in it, and this one there are actually rooms. It is in Pima.... which I am not to crazy about but now we are back in my old stake which is neat. I like Pima stake. I liked living in Thatcher though, because we were in a good spot. Well.... good except for living right next to a bunch of college students and next door to the post office, talk about lots of traffic! I got used to the noise though. We live right off the highway so there is still lots of noisy cars going by but It is not as busy. We have a front lawn and a porch. We also have a laundry room now! No more havin to do laundry at my moms! It has been nice to just start a load whenever I need too and let it sit in the dryer for a while. We also have carpet! I do not know how I almost forgot that. There was no carpet in the old apartment. It was like the rough cement they have in garages. Right before we moved in they put new carpet in and new tile. Which has been really nice. I can let Annie lay on the floor without worrying about her being all dirty with someone else's jerms. I think the people before us had dogs inside too. So there was probable potty spots everywhere... I do not think I would be to crazy to let my baby lay around in that. Oh and we finally have a dish washer! I love it now! Dishes are not to shabby anymore! They go pretty quick and I do not dread them all the time!

Holy cow! I just got back from Annie's Dr. Appt and in one week she grew a whole pound. She is now 9lbs 4oz!

So still tryin to figure this thing out and catch up on things. We moved two days ago to PIMA! haha We live in a cute little apartment with a yard and grass. Our living room is as big as our whole last apartment. The best part is now there is two bedrooms! I get to finally decorate a baby room! I also have an actual kitchen with a dish washer! and I have a laundry room, no more having to take laundry to my moms! Oh and my favorite thing is WE HAVE CARPET! It is so nice to walk barefoot without it being hard and cold. We love it! We also live next to some friends so that is exciting too.

Holy Cow! She is growing like a weed! Annie Rose is now 8 lbs 4oz and 21 and 3/4 inches long! Wow! She eats about 5-7oz of formula every two hours and goes through so many diapers! Yesterday Tom was sitting on the floor with her and she was mad because she was hungry. I was trying to hurry up and make her a bottle when Tom started yellin and laughin. That little stinker rolled over from her back to her stomache! She is 5 weeks old and a strong little booger! Wow she is growing quick! It is so much fun to watch her grow and wake up to the world!

This is pretty late.....Annie Rose is here! She came three and a half weeks early, very unexpected and surprising. Her birthday is April 10th! We wasn't due until May 5th!She is so cute and tiny. We love her a ton. She has long fingers and toes. And has ski's for feet! She coo's alot when she is dreaming and is such a little pig. I am happy for that we need to fatten her up a little bit, I feel like she is going to break everytime we pick her up. She was 6lbs 15 oz when born and 19 1/2 inches long! So for being preemie she was pretty big. She was born at 7:23 am. My water broke at 8:30 pm and we went into the hospital at 10:30 after I cleaned the house and showered because I didn't want to show up to the hospital and have them tell me I pee'd me pants and to go home. That is what I was most nervous for, not the fact that I was going to have a baby pass through me! We got to the hospital and they admitted me and immediatly put me on the drip. I was progressing well and then got the epidural when it started to get really intense. An hour after the epidural it was time to push. I pushed for two and a half hours and finally had to get a little help. The Doctor used the suction on her poor head because she was face up and I guess that is harder to get her out. So when she came she had a big cone. It was so sad! I got to hold her for about 5 seconds then they rushed her out. She had breathing problems. Because she was so early her lungs were not fully developed. They said to expect the worse that she would be going to Tucson so that she could get more experienced care. They said she would be going if she was not completely off oxygen by 7 a.m. Well we got to hold her for the first time at around 10 p.m. the day she was born. She was still connected to oxygen but it was the tubes now so we could hold her. At 4 the next morning they brought her to me and she had completely been weened off of oxygen. Talk about cutting it close! 3 more hours and we would have been headed to Tucson. She is doing great and it such a little sweetheart, we love her!
